Eligibility
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Contact us first through our contact page with your order number.
- For hygiene reasons, items should be unused and in original packaging unless they arrived damaged or defective.
How to start a return
Message us with your order number and reason. We reply within 1–2 business days with next steps. Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (or a damage/defect claim is approved), your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
